  1. Looks nice with minor problem Review by Ted

This makes your garage floor looks good. I get compliments from my neighbors.
The only problem is..the tile warps when it's exposed to the heat and it gets hot in Florida. The installation was easy enough..you'll need a rubber mallet. It's very easy to clean and it's scratch resistant. Even with the warping issue..I would still recommend it. (Posted on 11/7/10)

My garage is pictured in the photo gallery. I purchased the black and white coin tiles with black edging. I read some tips on installing this stuff and used pergo underlayment under the tiles and black industrial rubber wall molding for a finished look. The tiles overall are easy to install with a rubber mallet. You have to get a feel for popping them together without ruining the locking pieces. They can be somewhat difficult to unlock as well. They are difficult to cut. The best method I found was to use a jigsaw with the tile clamped down to a work surface. It's somewhat of a violent cut because of the backing ridges but it will do the trick. If you're lucky on your install you won't have to make many cuts. I'm very pleased with this floor. The white tiles do show much more dirt and are more difficult to clean than the black so keep that in mind. We use our garage daily and are constantly moving our cars in and out in the rain/snow/shine so the tiles do get dirty quickly. I use my leaf blower and an industrial mop with degreaser and warm water to clean them to a shine. If you're looking to make your garage the envy of the street this is it. People are constantly commenting on my garage. You'll be hard pressed to find a company selling these tiles for less than floorjunkies with FREE shipping. (Posted on 4/12/09)

  4. I love the tiles. They couldn't be easier to install Review by Brian C.

The tiles pop right down and into place with no tools required. I used the palm of my hand to snap them into place in my two-car garage. You may want to use a rubber mallet if your doing a very large area to save on hand soreness. I wouldn't recommend stomping them with your feet as this can overstress the locking clasps. These tiles have a nice satin finish and seem to virtually be indestructible. If one should get damaged, it seems like it would be easy to pop one out with a screwdriver to replace. Also, it's easy to trim them and fit them around odd shapes such as a water heater by cutting them with a jig saw and fine tooth blade. They give a very neat, clean appearance to an otherwise unattractive, stained garage floor. Perfect for man caves!

The price can't be beat anywhere! I see these at big box stores selling for 3 times the price and half the quality. Floor Junkies is the place to get them.
