- This depends on what part of the country you are located. We are located in Houston, Texas and generally ship within one business day after receipt of payment. In many cases, we ship the same day (for BlockTile or ModuTile products only). On average, the product takes 3 to 5 business days to go from Houston, TX to anywhere in the Continental USA.

- Where do we ship?
- We ship to any United States of America and Canada destination. However, our shipping offers and discounts only apply to the Continental USA locations. Anyone living in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada must get special quotes. If you are outside the USA or Canada and want to buy our products, please have your shipping forwarder contact us. Since many shipping forwarders will consolidate in California, New York or Florida, the shipping offers would apply to those destinations. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
- How is my flooring packaged?
- Generally, if you are buying less than 400 sq ft, we ship with FedEx Ground. The product is packed in small cases and each box will receive its own tracking number. Refer to each product for packing details. If you are buying flooring for more than 400 sq ft, we ship through R&L Carriers, so the product is palletized.
- Can I track my packages?
- Yes, we provide tracking number within 24 hrs of the product shipping out. You can expect an email from our system as soon as the tracking number is available to us. If we happen to ship via FedEx, you will also receive an email directly from them. Please note that when we ship via FedEx, only the leading tracking number is provided even though each package has its own individual tracking number.
