- All shipping offers apply only to the Continental USA only. Anyone living in Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the USA must get special quotes. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Our standard method of transportation is FedEx Ground. However, we also use UPS or United States Postal Service for some locations. When payment is made by PayPal, the tracking number will be emailed as soon as the label is printed from our systems. To track your package please visit the their perspective website and use their tracking system. Please note that we ship out most items in 1 to 2 business days from the time of payment. Please note that we do not ship out any products on Saturday or Sunday. Also note that delivery time depends on what part of the country you live. Most products are shipped out from Houston, Texas. In general most products are delivered in 3 to 5 business days from the time of actual carrier pick up. Each carrier has its own delivery chart for each zone of the USA. - In order for a refund to be given on merchandise that you believe is defective or does not live up to the specifications noted on the website, the product must be returned. The cost of shipping will not be returned if Floor Junkies deems the product as within specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product and color work in their application based upon the information on the website.
Floor Junkies will provide a refund or exchange for products purchased via this website if returned in new condition within 30 days of the date of delivery. In order to return a product for a refund or exchange, please obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) from by e-mailing us at support@floorjunkies.com. The merchandise should be returned to Floor Junkies freight prepaid at customer’s expense, and the original shipping charge will not be returned unless incorrect merchandise was sent, the merchandise was sent to the wrong location, or if the merchandise was damaged in transit. If the shipment was damaged in transit, you must file a report with UPS or FedEx in order for us to initiate a claim. Any product not returned due to quality issues will have a 25% re-stocking fee applied. - Ordering
- Purchase Orders received on-line are normally processed within 24 – 48 hours on weekdays and shipped on the following business day. We also accept orders via Phone. Please call our Toll Free number (877) 595-2040 to make an order over the phone. If you prefer to pay via PayPal, please use our Express checkout method after viewing your cart content.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Acceptable payment methods are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery. For orders over $3,000 we may request payment to be made via Cashier’s check or wire transfer. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for any reason.

- You may view your order by logging in to “My Account” with your e-mail address and password.
- Updating Account Information
- You can easily update your account information from "My Account" link. Updating your account information ensures your orders are delivered to the correct address and that your credit card payments are processed properly.
