Many basement floors tend to be moist and when carpet is installed, mildew will grow. Please note that our garage floor tiles have grooves underneath that allows air passage and water flow. This allows the basement floor to dry out. Hence, the growth of mildew is prevented. Of course, the garage tiles (interlocking tiles) can easily be installed or uninstalled allowing clean up when needed. We make various types of basement floor tiles (aka garage floor tiles) that interlock together. Some of our basement floor tiles are solid and some perforated. In many cases customers like to keep a carpet feeling while maintaining the ability remove the flooring for basic maintenance. We manufacture four variations of the basement floor tiles. They come with different designs such as the diamond, coin and carpet surface.
